Thanks Jan. You know I have done so much work over my life chipping away at so many of my trauma behaviours that it feels that I am down to the deepest core issues. The good thing about all of the previous work is that I know that releasing trauma and shifting my patterns feels so much better and releases energy that I spent in pushing it down. I want people to know that facing your fears and your pain can lead to joy and expansion. It's not easy but it does get easier and easier because you gain trust in the process.
I love this Lena. At a time of loss and heartbreak I found myself with a heart of fullness. It surprised me too.
